Welcome to Villa Pesol
Enjoy a sunny holiday with family & friends in a green valley, overlooking the Mediterranean sea. Villa Pesol welcomes up to 11 guests at its 1,620 sqm fenced domain at the borders of a pine forest. The nice swimming pool is the central piece, around which guests enjoy the bar, the sun loungers, dining area, the pingpong and petanque.
Benissa, a green place at the costa blanca
Villa Pesol is located in the green hills between Moraira, Benissa and Calpe. The first creeks (Cala Es Pinets) and beach (Playa Fustera) are around a 1 km downhill ride from the villa. The large Calpe beach starts at 4km from the villa. Within a 8km radius you also find 200+ restaurants, several large supermarkets, ports, shops and hiking trails (incl the splendid coastal plank walk).
Rent
Villa Pesol is for available for holiday rent between end of March and end of October. Rental rates vary between 1,200€ and 3,000€ per week, depending on the season. Minimum stay is 1 week. While we as owner work and live in Belgium, we have a team in located in Benissa that takes care of welcoming guests, cleaning the villa, and helping upon any question for the guests during their stay.
